New York, NY — September 1st, 2025 — Sentinel Data Centers, LLC (“Sentinel”) today announced four new large-scale data center developments in New Jersey and Virginia, representing more than $3 billion in aggregate project cost. The new campuses are scheduled to deliver between late-2025 and mid-2027. In addition, Sentinel announced a growing pipeline of pre-development projects spanning the Mid-West, West Coast and Mid-Atlantic that are proceeding through entitlement and preconstruction for delivery starting in late 2027.
