Entitlement and provisioning underway for the development of multiple campus-scale projects in Ohio and Indiana, aggregating to over 500 megawatts of pending delivery.

Two (2) large-scale build-to-suit projects in New Jersey for Blue-Chip financial service firms. In aggregate, Sentinel has developed four (4) large-scale data centers in the region and maintains a full team of best-in-class engineers, builders and operators locally.

Sentinel is developing a 100 acre parcel just outside of Philadelphia for deployment of 300MW with immediate availability. Expansion to 600MW pending.
