Josh Rabina
CEO
Josh co-founded Sentinel Data Centers in 2002, initially acquiring and repositioning dotcom-era data centers and ultimately building a fully integrated builder, owner and operator. Josh has since overseen the successful delivery and operation of each of Sentinel’s campus and customer fit-outs, working collaboratively with many of the industry’s most demanding end users. In 2017, Josh integrated Sentinel and www.Rabina.com into a joint organization, deepening both firms’ pool of shared development resources and facilitating a new phase of growth for Sentinel. Josh continues to lead the day-to-day activities of the integrated firm that is collectively executing over $5 billion of ongoing or near-term development.
Nick Marzorati
VP Engineering
Nick is a passionate and energetic engineering leader, deeply experienced in collaborating with Sentinel’s customers to design and deliver custom-fit data center solutions from conception to commissioning. Nick received a BE and ME from Stevens Institute of Technology and had more than a decade of experience in complex engineering and project management for a multitude of best-in-class data center clients prior to joining Sentinel.

Mike is a veteran construction leader, deeply experienced in building best-in-class execution teams and complex mission critical construction. Mike is based in Virginia and overseas Sentinel’s Mid-Atlantic construction activities. Prior to joining Sentinel, Mike spent 20+ years at AECOM Tishman, providing dynamic leadership across a range of challenging construction environments. Mike has an MS in Business Administration and a BS in Industrial & Systems Engineering from Virginia Tech.
Paul Hines
SVP Operations (Emeritus)
Paul oversaw operations at Sentinel’s managed data centers for over 10 years, owning all operational elements from construction handoff and commissioning to customer care. Currently, Paul is partially-retired and works part-time to provide guidance and strategic oversight to Sentinel’s site and regional level operational leadership. Prior to joining Sentinel in 2009, Paul was the Managing Director and VP in charge of all critical facility operations and engineering for the NYSE, overseeing the entire NYSE critical facilities portfolio. Paul has a MS in Management of Technology from the NYU Polytechnic School of Engineering and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology.

Kaleb Maddox is the NE Regional Director of Data Center Operations with responsibility for all facility operations for the NE Region, Kaleb has been a major contributor to the start-up and buildout of hyperscale single-tenant facilities as well as colocations to support client needs.
Pedro Polanco
Senior Director, Development
Pedro is a thoughtful and experienced development and construction leader, having fully managed all elements of permitting and construction on multiple Sentinel projects from inception to commissioning. Prior to Sentinel, Pedro worked at both Turner Construction and at a private developer, overseeing complex construction in the life-science, mixed-use and mission-critical spaces. Pedro holds degrees in Economics and Civil Engineering from the University of Virginia and a Master’s in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.

Sam Nidenberg is Senior Vice President of Investments at Rabina, Sentinel’s parent company, focused on acquisitions, joint ventures, analytically-intensive asset management functions and capital market activities across the Rabina platform, including playing an integral role in all acquisitions and capital markets activities related to the Sentinel platform.
Mike DeLuca
Senior VP, Compliance/Accounting
Mike is a veteran accounting and compliance leader. Mike and his team support all of the accounting needs across the entire Sentinel/Rabina platform’s development and operations activities, including financial statement preparation, budgeting, financing, and accounts payable and receivable. Mike has been integral to the platform for over 20 years, handling a wide array of complex transactions, domestically and internationally and providing critical support in the growth of the firm’s multiple development endeavors.
Ronald “Buster” Evans
Site Director
Buster is an experienced, skilled and customer-oriented operations leader with a deep technical and team-building skill set. Buster oversees site-specific services for Sentinel’s operations team. Prior to Sentinel, Buster was a Nuclear Electronics Technician Supervisor and Military Veteran with 20 years of experience in the U.S. Navy, having been prmoted through progressive levels of technical, leadership, and managerial experience in nuclear plant operation and maintenance.
Roger Slone
Site Director
Roger is a seasoned, skilled and customer-oriented operations leader with site-level oversight responsibilities for all aspects of data center operations, strategic planning, and team leadership. Roger has over 16 years of experience, including seven years at Sentinel and nine years in the U.S. Navy as a submarine electronics technician. He holds a universal EPA 608 certification, is a Certified Data Center Management Professional (CDCMP), and earned his MBA with a specialization in Finance.
Kevin Groen
Director Construction
Kevin is a deeply experienced mission-critical technical leader with a full spectrum of experience in construction, commissioning and operations. Kevin is responsible for oversite of various complex MEP workstreams, often leading trade field activities and coordinating final QA/QC punchlisiting and commissioning activities through handoff to operations. Kevin has over 15 years of experience in the mission critical space having previously worked as a mission-critical MEP Project Manager at DPR Construction and prior to that at firms including JLL, CBRE, Clune Construction, and Digital Realty Trust.
Tim Morneau
Controller
Tim is an experienced, skilled and diligent accounting leader, responsible for directing the accounting, tax, and financial reporting activities across the Sentinel/Rabina platform. Tim began his career in public accounting/audit and was a Senior Associate at Marcum LLP focused on real estate. Tim received his Master of Professional Accountancy and Bachelor of Sciences in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Bryant University. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Previously, Michael served six years with the US Navy Nuclear Power Program, with a focus on quality assurance and maintenance programs. He also has over five years’ experience as a Rotary Uninterruptible Power Supply Technician, specializing in the installation, maintenance, and repair of rotary UPS systems.

Prior to Sentinel, Kaleb served nine years in the Navy involved in the critical operations of a nuclear-powered submarine, in which he had a primary focus on electrical systems. During time spent in the navy Kaleb pre-commissioned the Indiana, the newest Virginia class submarine, was a selected instructor for the naval nuclear power pipeline and qualified as a diver to support critical operations for the fleet.
